Job Title: Collision Damage Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Collision Damage Estimator to join our team at Ed Voyles Acura. As a Collision Damage Estimator, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing auto body collision-related damage, writing cost estimates for parts and labor, and communicating with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage to determine the extent of repairs needed
• Write detailed cost estimates for parts and labor required to repair and restore vehicles to their pre-loss condition
• Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide updates on the status of their vehicle
• Work with insurance companies to resolve claims and ensure timely payment for repairs
• Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a collision repair or estimating role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of industry-standard estimating software and procedures
