Collision Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Ed Voyles Acura. As a key member of our collision center, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing auto body collision-related damage, writing cost estimates, and communicating with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and Assess Damage: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage and identify necessary repairs.
• Write Cost Estimates: Prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs, including parts and labor costs, and review them with customers.
• Communicate with Customers and Insurance Companies: Collaborate with customers and insurance representatives to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our service team to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that repairs meet our high standards.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the repair process.
• Good Communication and Computer Skills: Possess strong communication and computer skills, including experience with industry-standard software.
• Experience with Collision Repair Processes: Have knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques.
