We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our beverage offerings, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of our menu.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
