Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Mixology Expert to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.).
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
