Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our After School Care team as an Assistant Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in delivering a high-quality after-school program for students in grades K-5.

Main Duties:
  1. Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement activities that align with the ASC program's vision and mission.
  2. Support the supervision of students and maintain a safe and engaging environment.
  3. Contribute to the daily operations of the program, including administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with children, and a strong understanding of youth development principles. This is a part-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 2:15 PM-5:30 PM. The hourly rate is approximately $16.00/hour, based on industry standards and comparable positions in Honolulu.
