Studio Manager Job Description

The Studio Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the Chapter Aesthetic Studio in all business operations, working closely with the Managing Clinical Directors to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Studio Sales Performance: Meet studio financial goals by driving sales and business volume.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, creating and communicating action plans to course correct.
  • Accountability: Be accountable for all KPIs, including sales goals, labor utilization, and guest NPS scores.
  • Staffing and Labor: Responsible for scheduling, staffing, and labor to align with guest demand, focusing on schedule optimization, utilization, and optimal labor spend.
  • Sales Techniques: Promote comprehensive treatment packages through sales techniques and value propositions created by clinical staff, utilizing financing options to ensure sales excellence.
  • Leadership: Lead overall daily operations and supervision of team members, leading by example with comprehensive knowledge of all product and service offerings.
  • Policy Compliance: Uphold, communicate, and set the example for complying with all Chapter policies and procedures.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Strong partnership with the Managing Clinical Director to resolve all guest service satisfaction issues, identifying trends for improvement.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment through coaching in the moment, monthly 1:1's, and annual performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for managing inventory activities, including purchasing, merchandising, stocking, and tracking supplies.
  • Studio Financial Health: Responsible for managing studio financial health and activities, including daily deposits, budgeting, revenue projections, and cost of goods control.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as Chapter Brand Ambassador to build community outreach while building local partnerships supporting our emerging brand.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee facilities and maintenance of studio location, including proper maintenance of aesthetic equipment, working directly with the facilities team to report and remediate any issues as they arise.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience in sales or hospitality a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of leadership/managerial experience; inventory management is preferred.
  • Commission-Driven Environment: Two (2)+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment.
  • People-Centric Leader: A people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while problem-solving during day-to-day obstacles.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding established sales and revenue goals.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence and build rapport.

Salary Range: $60,000.00-$65,000.00
