Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with K-12 students, providing speech and language services to support their communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address these needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure student success
  • Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
