Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Excellence Services, LLC. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our luxury estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff and schedules, working closely with the Estate Manager.
  • Update and manage housekeeping-related fixes and small repairs using Google Sheets, reporting any issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists to ensure thorough cleaning and organization.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order and properly cared for.
  • Manage and inspect outdoor facilities' cleanliness, including porches, patios, and pool furniture.
  • Inspect linens and towels regularly, making notes and reporting when items need to be replaced.
  • Clean furniture and fixtures as directed, using approved products and maintaining a professional appearance and uniform standards.
  • Assist with changing and making bedding, adhering to time schedules.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets, dusting furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment, vacuuming and sweeping assigned areas.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5-10+ years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel in a similar role.
  • References required from both current and previous employers.
  • Working knowledge of Mac/PC operating systems and smart home systems.
  • Must pass a background check and be legally able to work in the United States.
  • Ability to drive is preferred, with possible driving duties.
