Job Overview

About the Role

As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, promoting health and wellness, and collaborating with teachers and staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care and support to students, including first aid, medication administration, and health education.
  • Conduct health screenings and monitor student health records.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement health-related programs and services.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student health concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Valid California credential authorizing service as a School Nurse.
  • Current R.N. license and ability to maintain license through CEU accreditation.
  • Current California State Driver License and ability to be insurable.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
