Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Manager to enhance our store operations.

The Associate Manager assists the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, recruitment, training, and sales initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering an exceptional shopping experience.

  • Drive engagement in loyalty programs and enhance visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant role.
  • Proficient in technology use (iPads, registers).
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements of the role.

Critical Skills & Attributes
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance.
  • Strong supervisory and customer service skills.
  • Minimum of two years in a sales management capacity.
