About the Opportunity

Hueman Risk Adjustment Solutions is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hamilton, OH. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with Medicare and Medicaid members in a unique and rewarding way.

Job Summary

This part-time position involves conducting Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) in the comfort of patients' homes. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments, reviewing medical history, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Additionally, you will provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to and from patients' homes to conduct HRAs
  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments and review medical history
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license
  • Active State NP license
  • Active National board certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required
