What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent nursing care to post-acute residents in Hamilton, OH, and surrounding areas
  • Support residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) like eating, personal hygiene, and grooming
  • Protect resident health and safety by supporting a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment
  • Assist with the transportation and movement of residents around the facility, as needed
  • Document and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on the physical and mental conditions of residents
  • Be accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable policies, rules, and regulations
  • Engage with residents in ways that build relationships based on a sense of security and trust
  • Communicate between, and among, staff, residents, and family members in ways that support transparency and the comfort of residents
