- In-depth knowledge and experience in electronics, especially in the production of electronic components for aerospace applications is beneficial
- Professional background in Product Assurance/Quality is preferred
- Familiarity with ESA standards (ECSS) is a plus
- A methodical and accountable work ethic with a strong emphasis on quality

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Product Assurance (PA) project requirements and develop associated documentation

- Participate in review boards (CDR, NRB, DRB, etc.)
- Manage Non-Conformance processes
- Assist project teams with RAMS (e.g., FMECA, Reliability Analysis, Critical Items List) and PMP activities (e.g., DML, DPL, DCL)
- Define and conduct hardware inspections for electronic assemblies (e.g., MIP/KIP), including incoming and outgoing inspections
- Develop and maintain process instructions and manuals
