About the Job

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our dynamic Med-Surg team in Brighton, MA. As a CNS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care, promoting evidence-based practice, and driving excellence in clinical leadership.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that reflects the value of your skills, experience, and qualifications. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $110,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement education programs to promote best practices, address knowledge gaps, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver innovative care models, improve patient flow, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Promote research and quality improvement initiatives to advance nursing practice and drive positive change.
  • Participate in policy development, committee work, and other organizational activities to shape nursing strategy and inform decision-making.
