Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Collabera. As a Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting operation, working with various materials, and collaborating with designers, craftsmen, and managers to ensure seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage custom paint production using Matthews Ultra Low VOC System
  • Apply finishes to displays, signs, and large projects
  • Quality control, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other production team members
  • Color mixing, matching, and ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes
Requirements:
  • Skilled in using Matthews Ultra Low VOC System
  • Experience in painting a variety of materials (plastic, wood, metal, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in large-scale production projects
  • Collaboration experience with designers and fabricators
  • Prior experience with custom signage or display painting
