Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Collabera. As a Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting operation, working with various materials, and collaborating with designers, craftsmen, and managers to ensure seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage custom paint production using Matthews Ultra Low VOC System, applying finishes to displays, signs, and large projects.
  • Quality control, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other production team members.
  • Color mixing, matching, and ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, custom fabrication or production environment preferred.
Requirements:
  • Skilled in using Matthews Ultra Low VOC System.
  • Experience in painting a variety of materials (plastic, wood, metal, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in large-scale production projects.
  • Collaboration experience with designers and fabricators.
  • Prior experience with custom signage or display painting.
