Job Summary

Homes for the Homeless, Inc. seeks a Residential Placement Coordinator to coordinate housing placements for homeless families. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals and families experiencing homelessness and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of the social services system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop housing plans.
  • Search for and secure housing opportunities for clients.
  • Build relationships with housing providers and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Ensure timely and effective placement of clients in permanent housing.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $46,350 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
