Key Responsibilities- Design and Execute Experimental Work: Conduct experiments to develop and optimize vaccine production processes, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
- Develop Purification Processes: Design and implement purification processes for polysaccharide and protein-based vaccines, ensuring efficient and effective removal of impurities.
- Optimize Processes for Scale-Up: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vaccine production processes for large-scale manufacturing, ensuring seamless transition from laboratory to commercial production.
- Maintain Laboratory Notebooks: Accurately and thoroughly document all experiments, results, and observations in laboratory notebooks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or biochemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in vaccine development, biotechnology research, or a related field.

- Competitive Salary: $92,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
