Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society in Westbrook, MN.

About the Role:

This part-time Cook position requires preparing and serving high-quality food for patients, residents, staff, and visitors while adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, assemble, cook, season, and portion food according to menu and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with internal customers to provide exceptional service and teamwork skills.
  • Follow standardized recipes, HACCP guidelines, and production sheets to prepare, store, and use food and food products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Possess ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Minimum of six months of applicable experience preferred.
