Job Title: Automotive Warranty Administrator

Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for processing and submitting warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and verify all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of manufacturer and dealer products
  • Stay up-to-date on factory recalls and bulletins
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty parts and repairs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in automotive warranty administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
