Our early intervention, sports medicine-based model is designed to expedite patient recovery and return to daily activities. You'll collaborate with fellowship-trained clinicians in our Southern Colorado market, perfect for both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rates range from $60 to $71, based on experience

Work Schedule:

  • PRN

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
  2. Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including initial evaluations, daily treatment notes, staffing reports, discharge summaries, and timely reassessments.
  3. Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
  4. Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
  5. Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
  6. Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
  7. Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to: Utilization Review & Quality Assurance.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid physical therapy license in good standing, or diploma to practice physical therapy in the State of Colorado.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must be willing to provide coverage to our Colorado Springs Academy and Garden of the Gods Clinics.
