Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for a continuum of services, including mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to promote and restore functional independence in our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Utilize a variety of modalities and techniques to promote patient mobility, strength, and function
Requirements
  • Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or a related field preferred
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
