Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Serve meals and ensure residents receive the right nutrition, adhering to dietary guidelines and preferences.
  • Manage laundry efficiently to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Address residents' needs promptly and with empathy, demonstrating attentive care.
  • Collaborate with other care professionals to maintain an effective care team.
  • Document observations and updates on residents' conditions to maintain accurate records.
  • Foster a safe and healthy environment by following safety rules and infection control measures.
  • Pursue ongoing training and education to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification.
  • Home Health Aid (HHA) certificate signed by a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Ability to move and assist residents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
  • Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals as part of our Wellness team.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
