Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral services to clients in their homes and community settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support and education to clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with at least one completed college course or equivalent
  • Availability to work variable hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
