About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations to inform treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
  • Provide psychotherapy services, including group therapy, to promote client growth and well-being
  • Monitor and continuously improve client outcomes through regular progress assessments and treatment adjustments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current and active California license to practice as an independent clinical psychologist/psychotherapist (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy to diverse adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Recent clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy (within the past 2 years)
  • Training and experience in utilizing evidence-based modalities of psychotherapy (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)
  • Graduate of an APA-Accredited Doctoral Program (for Psychologists only)
