Key Responsibilities- Domain Setup and Management: Install and configure Active Directory across multiple Windows servers, ensuring seamless domain setup and management.
- Directory Services Administration: Administer and maintain directory services for multiple domains and forests, guaranteeing optimal performance and security.
- Identity Systems Support: Collaborate with the Senior IAM Engineer to support identity systems, focusing on access management and ensuring seamless integration with Okta, Outlook, and NetDocs.
- Identity System Support: Provide support for Okta, Outlook, NetDocs, and other identity systems across all IT areas, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Directory Migrations and Recoveries: Perform directory migrations and recoveries to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, ADFS, PKI, and GPO configurations, ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment.
- Process Automation: Automate and improve processes related to directory services, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Technical IAM role.
- Cloud Experience: Cloud-based utilization and cloud adoption experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) and GPO management.
- Security and Compliance: Experience in IT Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions, with knowledge of IT management frameworks such as COBIT and/or ITIL.
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and integrating IAM services within larger IT organizations, with OKTA experience being heavily preferred.
- Domain Controller Promotion: Experience promoting Domain Controllers and managing their roles.
- Domain Controller Roles: Familiarity with the roles held by Domain Controllers and their impact on domain security and management.
- Network Time Protocol: Understanding of Network Time Protocol (NTP) and its integration within domain environments.
- Active Directory Replication: In-depth knowledge of Active Directory's multimaster replication model.
- DNS Management: Hands-on experience with DNS management, including various DNS record types beyond A records.
