JOB SUMMARY:


The Chief Executive Officer is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality care for our residents.

Key responsibilities include the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures, encompassing nursing care protocols, safety standards, human resources guidelines, and departmental operations, to guarantee effective service delivery and optimal resident care.


QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree (IA, MN) or an Associate's degree (NE, SD) is mandatory; if the degree is not in healthcare, additional education may be required according to state regulations. Proven experience in a supervisory capacity is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in healthcare. A Nursing Home Administrator's license is required, or candidates must be scheduled to take the NAB exam. Candidates must be capable of fulfilling the Essential Functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
