Corporate Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and distribute regular email correspondence.
- Accurately enter data into various systems.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel.
- Develop engaging social media content for the company's Facebook Page and Instagram Account.
- Design and produce monthly newsletters.
- Produce flyers, ads, and invitations as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and answering phones.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and collaborate with a team of professionals.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Creative mindset and social media savvy.
- Positive attitude and high energy level.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
