Banner Health is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac PCU, located in a vibrant healthcare environment. This role involves providing exceptional nursing care to patients in a telemetry-monitored progressive care unit, focusing on cardiac patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Deliver direct patient care while supervising and coordinating the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, particularly in telemetry or critical care.
