**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team on a travel contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing dialysis patient nutritional care, including assessment of patient knowledge regarding diet, kidney disease, and impact of diet on treatment process.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage dialysis patient nutritional care, including assessment of patient knowledge regarding diet, kidney disease, and impact of diet on treatment process
* Complete nutritional assessments and calculate diet based on client needs and standard of practice
* Assess dialysis patient nutritional status
* Review nutrition-related lab results with patients
* Coordinate with doctors regarding anemia and bone disease management
* Identify malnourished patients as well as patients at risk for malnutrition
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of recent experience as a registered dietitian
* Graduate from an accredited school
* Registered Dietitian as per Commission on Dietetic Registration with a current state RD License in good standing
* Experience with renal patients preferred
* BLS certification required
* May require ACLS certification
