We are seeking a highly skilled Microelectronics Engineer to join our team as a strategic technical consultant for various government research organizations. As part of our team, you will serve as a key advisor to senior DoD decision-makers, providing technical expertise to support the development of cutting-edge technologies for national security investments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic assessments of new technologies to support senior DoD decision-makers
- Work with world-class scientists and engineers to develop advanced research programs in ASIC microelectronics
- Maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients
- Assist with the management of programs and facilitate the transition of program deliverables to DoD stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience with analog, digital, or mixed-signal integrated circuit design
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Experience with academic research in novel analog, digital, or mixed-signal integrated circuit topologies
- Experience with DoD research and development projects
- Experience with authoring technical papers and reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with technical project or program management
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting work environment
