Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team at our Prescott and Tucson locations. As a key member of our team, you will provide weekly psychotherapy sessions, engage in supervision or peer consultation groups, and contribute to a positive office culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy sessions in a group private practice setting
  • Engage in supervision or peer consultation groups to enhance clinical skills
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical notes and treatment plans
  • Participate in advanced training and professional development opportunities
  • Build a multidisciplinary team when necessary, promoting a collaborative environment
  • Adhere to board standards of practice and professional ethics
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive office culture
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work
  • Board licensed (or submitting soon) - associate and master level licensure is welcome
  • Interest in advanced training and modalities, particularly somatic approaches
  • Ability to engage in a collegial peer-driven environment, valuing collaboration and teamwork
  • Willingness to see at least 20 clients per week, with a flexible schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • Commitment to prioritizing self-care and maintaining a healthy work environment
