Recreational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Recreation Therapist to join our team at Polara Health. As a Recreation Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic recreation programs to patients with mental and behavioral health issues.

• Plan and develop therapeutic recreation programs to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
• Assess patient needs and establish recreational goals to promote mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care and safety.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

• Associate's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric setting.
