Monster is seeking a temporary, part-time Mailroom Administrator to join our team. As a Mailroom Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the mail room for Monster and building tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and distributing mail, including letters and packages from various carriers.
  • Using proper handling and care with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Notifying internal contacts of any errors or issues that arise.
  • Organizing and managing all outgoing mail.
  • Interacting and communicating with building personnel.
  • Supporting additional miscellaneous tasks and projects for Monster as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience within an office or mailroom environment.
  • Local to the Weston office.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Able to lift up to 20lbs.
