Our team at Morrison Healthcare in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in various areas, including scheduling meetings, handling financials, onboarding new hires, data management, booking travel, ordering supplies, and additional duties as outlined below.

Job Summary

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the success of Morrison Healthcare. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new hires and coordinating appointments with Occupational Health
  • Financial reporting in e-Finance and data management
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls, including reserving meeting rooms, organizing setups, and setting up bridge lines
  • Assisting in managing calendars and tracking PTO
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence and responding independently as directed
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering supplies
  • Preparing memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies
  • Arranging programs, events, or conferences, including booking facilities and caterers as needed
  • Directing preparation of records, such as agendas, notices, and minutes
  • Monitoring company credit card transactions and preparing expense reports
  • Booking travel plans and itineraries and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Three years of related administrative assistance experience in a fast-paced organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detailed-oriented skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and projects daily
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
