As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team of Behavior Technicians, while also delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional services.
- Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes, empowering parents to take an active role in their child's development.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' overall performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients, using data analysis and assessment results.
- Report regularly on clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning, ensuring seamless communication with our team and stakeholders.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA certification.
- NYS LBA licensure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development.
