Work Schedule

This position requires availability for the following shifts:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service while:

  • Monitoring and reporting activities at your assigned location
  • Responding swiftly to critical situations
  • Documenting detailed reports
  • Enforcing customer procedures and regulations
  • Managing access control at facility entry points
  • Patrolling client premises using a company vehicle
  • Operating CCTV systems
  • Completing other assigned duties

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • The capability to pass a thorough screening process
  • Be at least 18 years of age
