Current enrollment as a student at Western New Mexico University is required. Candidates should possess:
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the campus layout and operations.
- Proficiency in general office tasks and equipment, including telephones, copiers, fax machines, and computers.
- Knowledge of university policies and procedures.
- A capacity to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
- A sensitivity to cultural diversity within the university and the surrounding community.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
This position operates in a standard office setting. The candidate must be able to adhere to scheduled work hours and may need to lift standard office supplies. Visual acuity is necessary for reading from screens and printed materials, and clear verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction.
