Job Description
The Chief Aviation Inspector will be responsible for overseeing the inspection process and ensuring that all personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. This role will also coordinate with external agencies, such as the FAA, to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all inspections are properly executed and that accurate records are maintained.
  2. Coordinate with the FAA Certificate Holding District Office regarding Quality Assurance issues.
  3. Develop and implement procedures for the tagging and identification of all parts and components.

Requirements

  • A&P Certified Mechanic with IA certification.
  • Prior experience working for an FAA Part 145 Rotorcraft Repair Station.
  • Prior experience in coordinating with the FAA Certificate Holding District Office.
