Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Everett, Washington.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other respiratory therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis, to determine respiratory function and develop treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certification from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
