Production Supervisor Job Description

At Domino's Pizza LLC, we're looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Production Manager in supervising and coordinating production team members engaged in dough production.
  • Train new team members in job duties and ensure they're working safely and following food safety protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain consistency in the production and dough handling process.
  • Supervise and lead the production team in the absence of the Production Manager.
  • Ensure team members are receiving proper training on dough production, proofing, temperature checks, and dough ball weights.
  • Maintain a safe and positive work environment, adhering to OSHA, company standards, and local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Prepare daily production statistical reports, including pounds per man hour, overtime, trays per hour, total trays, and total hours used.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of production supplies, flour, and sanitation materials.
  • Troubleshoot dough issues and visit stores to check product quality.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, with some college expected and 2+ years of bakery or manufacturing experience.
  • 2+ years of production supervisor or manufacturing experience, with 2-year college degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work a full-time/flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
