Electrophysiology Cardiologist Opportunity

Carilion Clinic is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join our team at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, a 703-bed Level 1 Trauma/Academic/Tertiary Care Center serving southwestern Virginia.

This is an excellent opportunity for the continued development of a strong clinical practice, resident and medical student education, and research.

The Section of Cardiology has fellowships in general, interventional and structural cardiology. Cardiologists have academic appointments through the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Research interest is supported.

We are committed to pioneering a new era in cardiovascular health by building knowledge through research and education.

The new Crystal Spring Tower, dedicated to providing care for emergency and heart patients as well as behavioral health, will open in 2025. The building will have 4 stories and 100 beds dedicated to cardiovascular patients and will serve as the largest cardiac catherization lab in our region.

We are the largest not-for-profit integrated health system with seven hospitals, 220+ physician practice locations, and 25 GME programs. This network of 750+ multi-specialty physicians in over 70 specialties offers Carilion physicians faster access to patient information and history with a sophisticated, fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) and excellent access to sub-specialty consultation.
