Overview:
At Surgery Partners, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and their families through outstanding service and advanced healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, communal areas, restrooms, hallways, dining areas, and any other spaces requiring attention.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, and vacuuming various surfaces.
- Ensure the cleanliness of light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window treatments.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying trash and recycling containers.
- Restock supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and risk management protocols established by the organization.
- Implement all relevant OSHA and local safety regulations in all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year of continuous experience in a healthcare environment.
