Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Front End team as a Cashier. This role involves working primarily during Mid and Closing shifts, with a requirement for weekend availability.

In alignment with our COVID-19 policy, full vaccination is mandatory for employment. Exemptions for medical, disability-related, and religious reasons may be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register efficiently, processing and bagging customer purchases.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, contributing to a welcoming and collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing product information and assisting with locating items in the store.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively, demonstrating flexibility in work style.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and follow company protocols for returns and exchanges.
  • Assist with the preparation of the Front End department for opening and closing operations.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, events, and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or grocery settings is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is highly advantageous.

Work Environment:
