Cashier - Trackside

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at K-1 Speed Inc. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring that the lobby, banquet room, cafe, and restroom areas are clean and free of hazards.
• Coordinate group events and perform award ceremonies, ensuring that all details are attended to and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
• Accurately count till(s) and provide funds for deposit, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform specific facility cleaning duties as assigned by management, ensuring that the facility is maintained to the highest standards.
• Perform closing duties to clean the facility and prepare for the following day's operation, ensuring that all tasks are completed and that the facility is ready for the next day.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and respond to questions.

This job requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The job also requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds, up to 25 pounds, up to 50 pounds, and more than 50 pounds.

This job is performed predominantly in an indoor environment that is exposed through openings in the building to the outdoors. The work environment of this job typically has a moderate level of noise.

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
