Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Fisheries Biologist to lead fisheries and aquatic resource-related studies in the Southern California area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing fisheries assessments, habitat assessments, fish population analyses, and aquatic restoration efforts.

This role also involves overseeing data analyses, providing quality assurance/quality control, and building client relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

A Bachelor's degree plus 10 years' experience or Master's with a minimum of seven years of experience is required. Knowledge of coastal/marine ecology, freshwater, and anadromous fish species is essential.

Additional requirements include preparation of CEQA, NEPA, and ESA/CESA compliance documents, as well as experience with FERC processes.
