About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services in an outpatient clinic setting, fostering a supportive and professional relationship with clients.
- Develop and maintain specialized therapeutic interventions, ensuring the highest level of care for clients.
- Collaborate with program supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the program.
- Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of three years' post-graduate experience in a related position is normally required.
