Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our team at Weller Brothers Landscaping. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lawn care services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and their properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of lawn care technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and delivering high-quality work.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties and ensure that maintenance tasks are being completed to the required standard.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order and properly maintained.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
