Nurse Practitioner

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and respectful clinical environment. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions- Perform the Nursing Process, using evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect cultural diversity and population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication methods and timely documentation.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards, promoting teamwork and collaboration in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe and quality patient care.
- Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, modeling the professional practice of nursing and creating a healthy work environment.
- Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement in nursing, upholding all health care system/organizational policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s): Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact, Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care, and hold basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, along with customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
