Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and review of pertinent medical records and imaging.
  • Order and review diagnostic tests and lab results, including MRIs and NCVs.
  • Develop comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on diagnosis, treatment options, rehabilitation exercises, and various modalities.
  • Manage patient care and treatment plans, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Perform trigger point and joint injections as necessary.
  • Prescribe physical therapy and chiropractic care as needed to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Prescribe medications as necessary for pain management and treatment.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • PA/NP license in the state of Georgia.
  • Orthopedic, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or pain management background required.
  • Experience with trigger point and joint injections a plus.
